A junior consultant on a Big SI bench will bill 60 percent of a senior's rate and produce a fraction of the value. The mid-market deserves better than what is currently on offer.

Most migrations fail not for technical reasons but because the buyer cannot tell whether the seller is doing what they said. Evidence-first delivery solves this.

Validation is deterministic, forever.
No model ever grades its own work or another model's. The validation layer of our codebase stays free of LLM dependencies. This is the line we do not cross.

Humans approve what matters.
Scope, pilot acceptance, every wave, cutover — gated on a named engineer signing off. Production writes happen via generated scripts a human executes.

Every manual fix becomes a rule.
When an engineer fixes a conversion bug by hand, we capture it as a deterministic rule in the library. The library is the moat. It compounds.

Senior engineers do the work.
No bait-and-switch staffing. The engineers in your first call are the engineers in your repo. Always.

Fixed fee or no fee.
If we cannot scope it to a fixed fee against a written Appendix A, we will not take it on. T&M consulting is what the rest of the industry sells. We sell something different.

Replatform LLP is a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India. We invoice global clients in USD under export-of-services LUT (zero-rated GST), and India clients in INR with 18 percent GST. Standard mutual NDA on request.
