Last updated: 2026-06-13. Replatform LLP ("we", "us") operates replatform.in. We are a small B2B services firm; this policy is short because we collect very little.
What we collect on this site
- Contact-form submissions and emails you send us — name, company, email, the message text.
- Anonymous web analytics via Plausible (a privacy-first, GDPR-compliant analytics tool that uses no cookies and stores no personal data). Plausible counts page views, referrer URLs, and rough geography (country level only).
We do not use Google Analytics, advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, session recording, or any cookie that requires a consent banner.
What we collect during engagements
During a paid engagement we receive read-only credentials to your source platforms (typically your data warehouse, your cloud billing account, your IaC repository). We use these to inventory and analyse your platform only. We do not exfiltrate data; reports we deliver contain metadata and aggregated metrics, not customer records.
All client metadata stays on encrypted disks under our control. We do not share it with sub-processors except where you have explicitly approved one (e.g., a vendor LLM provider during an engagement that uses ours).
How long we keep things
- Contact emails: 7 years (Indian record-keeping default).
- Client-engagement artifacts: 7 years post-engagement, then anonymized.
- Plausible analytics: 24 months, then rolled into aggregate.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of any personal data we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop emailing you. Send any such request to yash@replatform.in; we respond within 7 business days.
Legal basis
For EU/UK clients: we process personal data on the legal basis of legitimate interest (responding to your inquiry) or contract (delivering an engagement you signed). For India: we comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) 2023.
