Anything in-scope we missed during Discovery, we absorb during execution. Your fixed price does not move. Net-new scope is a written Change Order, priced before any work begins.
Combo discount
Sign an execution SOW within 60 days of the Discovery Sprint deliverable: 5% off execution. Modest, defensible, doesn’t bleed margin.
Useful even if you don’t hire us
The unused-asset analysis from the readout or Sprint typically funds the engagement fee in cloud cost savings — even if you never proceed.
Out-of-scope clause
Every SOW carries the same line: “Scope is fixed against the artifacts in Appendix A. Anything outside Appendix A is a written Change Order before work begins.” No surprise invoices.
